Red Giant today released Offload, a brand new standalone application for reliable backup of footage in the field. Available alone or as part of the Red Giant Shooter Suite, Offload makes the often unreliable and tedious task of backing up files from camera card to laptop and external drives a hassle-free experience. I couldn’t go to NAB without stopping by and visiting the folks at Red Giant Software. Their big news was the launch of Red Giant Universe and I talked with Sean from Red Giant about just that. But I didn’t want to let the other stuff go by unmentioned either so a talk with Randon gets us some info on Bulletproof, PluralEyes and the new Instant 4K.#editing#red giant#nab

The first version was designed to sync multiple consumer and prosumer video cameras by aligning their soundtracks in the absence of recorded timecode.#pluraleyes#red giant#sync#grown
